Shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm EST. All orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the upcoming business day. Once shipped, orders will arrive in the time frame selected during order placement. Please be advised: Saint Marry is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. To avoid any unexpected delays, please ensure that both the Billing and Shipping addresses are entered correctly. If the Billing and Shipping address entered is incorrect, that can result in; your order being delayed, shipped to the wrong address or canceled. Saint Marry is not Responsible for this error.
If you are in the Miami area and would like to pick up your order, please select the pickup option during checkout. You will receive a confirmation shortly after. Please contact Customer Service for any additional questions or concerns. Pickup is available during normal business hours.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking information via the email provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address to avoid not receiving your tracking information.
Due to limited items and Constant changes in Inventory, Saint Marry does not allow any Exchanges or issue Refunds. All sales are final. For that reason, please be sure to read the description and select correct sizing at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
